Saw this on Nextdoor and immediately thought of you.

Whats a reasonable grocery price in Arizona for a family of four? We live in Peoria/Sun City, and it’s hard to get it lower than $2k/mo (including 4-6 take outs usually fast food under ~$20 per meal with coupons, and maybe 1 restaurant outing). Am I missing something?

When you first made that comment I could not think of a word to describe how you came across. Haughty comes to mind, lack of empathy, self-centered, indifference to the suffering of others. Kind of like I felt seeing Kamala wear her $62,000 Tiffany necklace while talking about people in poverty.

Also on ND today in our community. Looking for 1 or 2 "Senior Women" that are financially struggling to go together and share expensises on a house rental. We would go together to choose a rental that would work within our budgets. If this sounds like something that could reduce the stress your going through right now please send me message. We will meet and discuss the options.

    Another one:

I have American Family Insurance for my homeowners policy (Sun City phase two). Last year $869, just renewed for $1700. I know insurance has gone up but not sure what to do about this. Do others have a carrier that is more reasonable?

HH, good ,unknown with that. Look at it this way, somebody has to pay for those hurricanes, tornados, fires and earthquakes. It’s all of us, that’s how insurance works.

The insurance on my townhome in Nebraska just went up 40% to $4,000. The insurance on my patio home in Sun City is $1200. Approximately the same square footage, same valuation, same insurance company but SC home is older. I even have a couple of additional riders on my SC property so that adds to that premium. I have never had any claims on either property. Just the facts. Sun City is still a value!

I agree, but for how long? Soon other than the rec centers there won't be anything here other that medical offices. When I visited in the 80's and 90's it was thriving. Since moving here in 2001 the changes over the past 23 years have been startling. All I am saying is something is happening here. SCW cost/tax are very similar and they are thriving. Our restaurants are moving there.

Video from when? Just like your free abortions and vasectomies during the DNC?
