VIDEO 2025 Annual RCSC Membership Meeting - Tuesday, March 11, 2025 The Annual RCSC Membership Meeting was held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in the Sundial Auditorium. Just finished watching. Am going to watch again tomorrow. Several things really stood out to me.

1. The comment about Mr. Fast regarding reclaiming attorney fees from him.
2. The question about who pays for RCSC attorneys to advise the Board.
3. The person who just bought here a year ago, wanted to golf and have fun, and feels like she can't due to the disrepair of her condo association. She did not move here to "work".

#3 will have the most detrimental effect on SC. Less than a year and they are already disenchanted with this community.

4. Golf. Resident $25 for 9 holes, Outside person no rec card $17 for 18 holes.
