Thank you. There is a lot to consider. My home has a new roof thanks to HOA recommended roofer. Bill can tell you a horror story related to recommended contractors. Husband and I owned a Mortgage Brokerage Company in Illinois for a long time. The one thing about AZ home buying I don't understand are inspectors. They are so much more professional in Illinois. They look for so many more "could be" issues.

 

I probably wrote for your mortgage broker company, the Illinois Mortgage Broker License Bond. Wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants.

Do you really think people are interested in me when JFK was president any more how you were when Watergate was heppening. Are you threatening me? Things like this never end well, they could screw up real estate deals, things like that. It would be a real pain to bond over them, especially when the other party is well versed in bonding over clouds (or memorials). Bummer.

The way I see it, since you have a newly elected infallible person from Chicago, I think maybe you can come down if your cross now. The only question not asked of Pope Bob is thin crust or deep dish?
