Sun City West Minimum Age

And therein lies the one of the major reasons that Sun City will continue to explode with sales Archer. We are the best value on the planet and are improving the facilities every day. People are amazed at how much we are plowing back into the community. If you don't reinvest in the assets, you simply fall behind and die.

Sun City West is a beautiful community and is as close to Sun City's infrastructure as one can find. That said, their recent increase puts them ay $403 per person a year which is almost on par with what our yearly per household rate is. Perhaps there is a need for them to open it up to younger folks who can help balance the books. It wouldn't be my choice, but that's the beauty of living as we do...it allows each community the ability to decide what is in their best interest.

I am a single person - - and I pay same rate for just me - ONE - - as do TWO people in a household here.
It is still cheaper than what I paid in Peoria for LA Fitness and costs of my private swimming pool. But our yearly household rates is just not real fair to us that live alone.
