Very possible, but very doubtful in 1975 when Bill is claiming they were built. Not one of the schematics I have shows a home with an indoor pool and spa. May have been added on later. Actually, with how dry it is here those small resistance lap pools would be awesome in an Arizona room!!

Some days, all i can do is laugh aloud and scratch my head in amazement. Last night a poster insinuated i didn't know what i was talking about. To rebut her comments i started searching previous comments on TOSC that were pertinent to the topic.

I never said mistaken, or he did not know what he was talking about. What I did learn is that if he interprets words others say as anything other than the highest of praise it's "OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!"

What I do have is an amazing spreadsheet of every Model Letter, name, number, sq. ft., beds, baths of all homes in each West Valley retirement community. Each Model Name links to a floor plan for that home. Not sure but I believe there is a little disclaimer that for Sun City the layout may have changed due to owners remodeling over the many years SC has existed.
