How is that even possible eyesopen? Lots of dog club people i suspect who think the vote the other day meant something. The other half of the equation has to be the golfing community who were hoping the board was actually going to do something about management selling half price golf to outsiders. Disappointed yet again eh?

By the way, there's never been that many views that quickly. Never! There might have been for last year's annual meeting but if you recall, they forgot to turn on the recorder, or there was a faulty sim card, or the moon was in the house of the rising sun, or something like that. Or, perhaps, the attorney didn't want to be shown on video saying what he said? Who knows?

“By the way, there's never been that many views that quickly. Never!” BP

Members forwarding the BOD meeting video access to their dog, golf and even realtor networks may have contributed to the unusually high viewer count.

I guess it matters not why, but more importantly, members are watching, paying attention. If we step back into the past, circa 2016-2020, we would see 20 members in the room for the board meetings and a tiny number of views (in comparison), to what we are seeing now. The question really becomes, are members starting to care? We'll see.
