Three Israeli hostages released by Hamas - CBS News Interesting first release date. Hey I just noticed you did not answer Janet's question on "Petition" thread. Were you wrong or just not know the answer.
JOY BABY JOY!!! MAGA!!! Trump announces emergency price relief for cost-of-living crisis Fact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Delivers Emergency Price Relief for American Families to Defeat the Cost-of-Living Crisis – The White House
I am one of the folks that’s going to benefit from Trump’s removal of drug price controls. Xarelto 20 mg was $141 for 90 supply now shows cost at $756. Yes, that’s with insurance. I feel richer already. This will be how he reduces the costs for Medicare, kill off everyone who needs it by making sure you really can’t afford your medications.
First saying something and proving it are two separate things. My meds are fine, same cost, but I have a supplement to Medicare called Humana. Medicare part D covers Xarelto. Interesting side note is Ozempic with insurance costs $900/month with insurance. It's $20 in Germany. It's Big Pharma. Also, there are other drugs that do the same thing. My father needed a med that was new so no generic. $600/month years ago. I did some research and got him a 12 month supply for free. Also you really should read the articles (which are few at this point) on the internet regarding this subject. Nothing has been implemented, and frankly if what you are saying is already in effect just 3 days after inauguration with Medicare and Big Pharma Trump would be Miracle Man. I worked at Boswell and Webb for 17 years. They charge up to $25 for an aspirin, and up to $60 for one ibuprofen. Kind of like you wanting me to contribute my money to RCSC for future generations. Your "wants" for Sun City will force low-income people to move, but then maybe that's what you want. Good luck, there are many ways you can get your meds for nothing or next to nothing.
Big Pharma is a sad state of affairs. My neighbor was on similar med, told his doc he could not afford it last year (and he has awesome insurance), his doctor said "ok, just take two baby aspirins per day". Talking with a friend in NC last night. She wanted Ozempic to lose about 20 lbs as she has myocarditis and had a valve replacement. $900/month. She went to her naturopath who uses a compounding pharmacy and got the injections for $141.month. She is a retired RN turned medical sales and was telling me the amazing research findings in the properties of Ozempic.
Sometimes words come back to bite you. Remember this? As I sit here, in my recliner, with 17 stitches in my ankle and in dire pain, I am so grateful to hear your words of encouragement. I will reiterate my statement there is help for those who seek it. People who expect something for nothing, such as yourself Josie, get exactly what they need, nothing. You seem to want it all your way, and on a silver platter. Life doesn’t serve it that way and for those that are struggling can get services they need. Expecting something It’s a phone call away but the recipient has got to be a willing participant for nothing seems to be your mantra and do hope it works out for you. DO NOT reply to me anymore, I have blocked you and will not be seeing your drivel again. Karma is like a rubber band; you can only stretch it so far before it comes back and smacks you in the face.
No clue what she is talking about. Here is the USA Today article explaining savings for part D for seniors. That's what happens when you have TDS and respond to a post made by me without doing any research at all. Extra money for defamation. Medicare caps annual drug expenses: What you need to know
Wow here is more. This is truly terrible. We are all gonna die! "kill off everyone who needs it by making sure you really can’t afford your medications." In 2025, Medicare Part D enrollees will have a new out-of-pocket cap of $2,000 on prescription drug costs. This cap is part of the Inflation Reduction Act, which aims to make health care more accessible and lower drug costs. What does the cap mean? Once a person reaches the $2,000 cap, they will no longer have out-of-pocket drug costs for the rest of the year This means that people with Medicare Part D will have "catastrophic coverage" Who will benefit? About 11.3 million Medicare Part D enrollees are projected to reach the $2,000 cap in 2025 These enrollees are projected to save about $7.2 billion annually, or about $600 per enrollee Other benefits of the Inflation Reduction Act Insulin will be available at $35 per month per covered prescription Recommended adult vaccines will be available without cost-sharing The low-income subsidy program (LIS or “Extra Help”) will be expanded to 150% of the federal poverty level And I am the one who expects something for nothing. Carole won't even do her own research to post.
Set the out of pocket limit where ever you wish. The drug companies will not lose money. The insurance companies will not lose money. Guess who will make up the difference.
Trump is accomplishing what Biden and Blinken could not, Four female hostages transferred to Israel in second round of releases
Name one thing in that statement that is not true. If you think you have a case, bring it on. Bet you never looked at the BBC article. Maybe if it was from some old fart broadcasting from a broom closet you would hop all over it and take it as gospel truth. Too bad, you would have learned how the Israelis seriously fucked up and brought on 10/7 themselves. The two tower girls released were an integral part of it from an operational standpoint. Have a positive day.
Janet Curry, I got my refill today at $51 for a 30 day supply. It has taken this amount of time to finally get the prescription. Talk about taking it to the wire, I had no more pills left. Thank you for your kindness, it’s really appreciated.
So $4 more/month. It will probably be a little less for a 90 day supply. They usually are, at least with my Medicare supplement.

This release is part of the cease fire negotiated by Blinken. Your 400 gallon tub of goo has been doing his best to make sure people believe it’s him. More BS from BS central. He is desperately trying to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize because Obama was awarded one. It’s the one thing that really sticks in his craw because he can’t take away, can’t wipe the record clean of Obama receiving it. What a putz.
So I guess knowing that Trump would soon be back in office had nothing to do with getting those hostages released? Trump...the man who does exactly what he promises, and said if those hostages weren't released there would be hell to pay? Or Biden...the man who didn't know what day it was and jerked Israel around with on-again, off-again promises of military aid. MAGA and it's happening!
