There are several OUTLETS not too far from Sun City. Tanger is a very new Outlet in Glendale. Phoenix Premium Outlets is in Chandler Anthem has Outlets. Arizona Mills in Tempe claims the be the largest Indoor, Climate Controlled Outlet, Value and Entertainment Destination in Arizona.
The Tanger outlet, is very nice. Suggest going early in the morning or when the weather is nice outside since this is an outdoors mall.

Went to Tanger the other day and brought the 20% coupons available from their site that pegmih had provided a link to, but also dropped in at their customer services office and if you have AARP or AAA or some other cards, you can get a nice chubby discount book that has some other good deals in it, so be sure to drop in there. BTW, even malls often have such booklets if you just ask for them, but some are for out-of-towners only, but you won't know if you don't ask....
