I have not had access to internet since yesterday afternoon. So, I spent a lot of time today clearing out files. Cox was just here. My modem is o.k. Just needed to push buttom on side. Now why didn't lady at Cox tell me to do that yesterday rather than unplug everything. Cox serviceman went outside & checked signals. They are low. It is a maintenance problem and I do not have to pay. Speaking of pay, I took out the Cox contract for fixing computer in house. About $6 for 3 months then I can cancel. A service call is probably about $50 each time, so contract is a bargain.
