   Hoover Dam is on the border between Arizona and Nevada. It has an elevator that takes you down 530 feet into one of the tunnels.
   
   I have been there several times. It's a bit spooky going down in the elevator.

   I was able to do a rafting trip down the river from the Hoover Dam, it was nice but the water was COLD!
