Hello, Hubby and I were just here two weeks ago driving a car and a U-Haul of my parents things down to our retirement home that my parents will be housesitting in until we retire. I just flew in today to paint the interior. After getting an estimate to have it professionally painted my dad and I are going to attempt it ourselves. Wish us luck. Everytime I'm here I wish that I was old enough to live here.
All i remember about doing the painting ourselves was the ridiculous number of times i hollered "oh shot" or something very close to that.
So true. My goal now is to make sure my parents are safe and can enjoy life. That's what's been so great about hubby and I buying a house here is that we can 'gift' it to my parents.
