Follow-up: Mountain View Center Town Hall Presentation,Tues. 9/16/2025

Another issue may be parking at MV if a theater is added there. I’m sure the parking requirements are a lot stricter now than when MV was originally built.

 

No one has answered what the original character of MV is/was>.
Sun City has failed to move on to the 21st century.
Proof of that is member involvement - which is systematically being suppressed - and their
attendance at any of the meetings at Sundial.
The only meetings they attend are. Those that affect their pocket book.

 

How can you know what the will of the majority of members is when they don't show up and we will not reach out and try to survey them. Moreover, they are informed they have only one option. A theater at Mountainview. More troubling to me is we do not have a redevelopment plan for all our facilities and thus, IMHO, replicate whatever is at a rec center when we get ready to redo it.
