Did you know the colors of Mexico are red/white/green?

Today, Cinco de Mayo, I am having a celebration at my house.

The menu is Margaritas, appetizers are cacedes (sp?), main dish is taco salad, and
dessert is apple pie burritos. They are an experiment!

At the moment, my apple pie burritos are in the oven.

I thought this was interesting: Cinco de Mayo is not Mexico's Independence Day—the most important national patriotic holiday in Mexico—which is celebrated on September 16. A mis-understanding on my part.

Where are the best places to celebrate Cinco De Mayo in Sun City?
