March is Archaeology Awareness and Heritage Month in Arizona.

Special archaeology events and programs are held throughout the year.

The state has many archaeological sites and some are National Monuments.

The Arizona State Museum is currently working at several sites.

The State Historical Preservation Office is responsible for the organization, evaluation, and protection of prehistoric and historic cultural resources in Arizona.

I always take visitors to the White Tank Mountains Park where you can see petroglyphs.
The park is about 1/2 hour west of the Sun Cities. white tank mountains.jpg

Instead of highlighting item and suggest googling,
I would like to put in the link.
So far, I have not figured how to do it.

    Just the http......?
    no quotes?

    Peggy,

The best thing to do is when you have a link that you want to put in.... simply
    1. go to that webpage
    2. for example.. if I went to the website I wanted.. I then would click on the top browser and highlight the entire thing, then right click on my mouse and select "copy"
    3. go to your post that you want to put this link in and right click and hit "paste"... This is what it looks like for this exact webpage that your on right now... this below should match the browser at the top.. hope this helps:
