Great info Paul! Thanks. Marlene at least one time said not to worry about the parking and there does seem to be other areas which could be used for parking.

 

Why not cut the fitness area to 4000 sq ft? And I believe other areas could be scaled back to provide for a $28 million price tag. But I am no architect or construction estimator and would leave that to those experts. Let’s get Marlene on board and “get ir done.”

Unfortunately, Marinette does not have a foundation to support an enclosure.
