Any county or state incentives here for replacing grass?

Wondering if folks here can receive any sort of financial incentives or otherwise for replacing traditional grass with a low water alternative?

I don't think there is E. Least wise never heard of any association taking advantage of them. Most that have made the switch figered the long range costs of watering and cutting against the short term costs of transitioning to rock. The biggest challenge often is the golden oldies who love seeing the green be damned.

Green v. Green. Sooner or later the water costs and conservation will be the deciding factor. Thanks.

I don't have any grass but I did look at Epcor to see if they had rebates. Nothing for grass removal just for energy-star appliances.

Thanks. I have noticed other condos removing grass here and replacing with xeriscape (sp) in Phase 2.

My Association (Phase 2) decided not to remove grass. We have it in front, between condos, and along the back.
Cost to change to gravel vs keeping grass was the deciding factor.
Plus we have a contract with the gardener.
