9/22/23 SAC Meeting

Thanks, Tom, for your research. I thought it was inappropriate for the committee member to take over the podium. She should have been able to make her thoughts known from her chair, standing or not. There were so many people talking at the same time, that it was hard to hear. Again, I think it is time that the Board review the Bylaws, Board Policy and Robert's Rules of Order to see if RCSC is operating within those parameters. If they need to be changed, fine, but continue as written until then.

While everyone on a committee has differing ideas, it is fine to share them with others, but not make plans to circumvent the committee. I hope that isn't happening but apparently some people are convinced it is.

To everyone involved: Get on the right track and stay there!
