4/24/2025 Board Meeting No New Business

Definitely control, but I don't think power fits the individuals on our current board. It's hard to let go and trust others to steer the organization in the right direction, but volunteer Board members shouldn't have to work a 30-40 hour week.

 

They shouldn't, but unless or until they trust members who want to help, they'll keep burying themselves in work and never break the mold that had been poured over the past 15 plus years.
