Thank you. There is a lot to consider. My home has a new roof thanks to HOA recommended roofer. Bill can tell you a horror story related to recommended contractors. Husband and I owned a Mortgage Brokerage Company in Illinois for a long time. The one thing about AZ home buying I don't understand are inspectors. They are so much more professional in Illinois. They look for so many more "could be" issues.

 

I probably wrote for your mortgage broker company, the Illinois Mortgage Broker License Bond. Wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants.
