You really don't have a clue, you see dave, these hate posts, all directed after my posts show a pattern. Combine with the 4 death threats (albeit implied) can be a problem.

What you may see as hate others see as truth. I’m not sure what pattern these posts show but you never seem to call out trump and his lemmings on their obvious hate. If you read about the rise of hate in Germany during the 1930s and trump’s ravings today, there is a similar pattern and I have studied this period extensively both at the university and personally. You appear to be blind as the videos you post from know nothings or persons who are stark raving lunatics and I am looking at you Alex Jones.

As for the death threats, you state they are implied in your opinion where as to others, myself included, are a line from Sherlock Holmes, a line from a song, an student editorial cartoon from 54 years ago with context provided and a line from one of my favorite movies. Thank goodness I didn’t quote from The Godfather, another of my favorite movies.

I fail to understand the purpose of coffee with your husband. What do we have in common, probably nothing, so what do we discuss? Kevin Durant was a waste of several first round choices (true), why the Cards should get rid of Kyler Murray while he is still worth something (true), why are we letting the Dbacks owners holding the city/county hostage over spending an obscene amount of money to upgrade the BOB ( it will always be that to me) or they will move the franchise. I say move to some to other suckers that will pay for a playground for a team with owners who could afford a big portion of it he cost. The owners of the BOB could be sold to developers for a fortune to build condos and apartments on this footprint. Actually the Trump supporters should be grateful this didn’t happen in the early 1800s as the military would have opened fire earlier and the ones didn’t kill would have been summarily hanged. Law was much more efficient then.

Rich, while I found your explanations spot on and easily understandable, you must know that a good percentage of our population is obtuse at best and wouldn’t 7nderstand non-profits if Big Bird came down and explained it. They are clamoring for the five year plan and why is it taking so long. You know that this is not like purchasing a five year day planner at Staples and you just fill in the blanks. It covers the deferred maintenance, since we seem to be moving on MV, that project is 2-3 years depending on final drawings and just basic capital expenses. Plus we have to make sure we have the bucks for this.

Then we have the dog club which to me is the like the car club with fur. I spoke with the club president when this first surfaced and learned that while teaching River c how to run in between sticks, the real purpose is for the two legged creatures to hang out and shoot the bull. So what they want is an air conditioned social club house so they can hang out, throw seasonal parties while Ruffy learns to run in circles to catch his/her tail. Just my prediction, if they get this space I guarantee they will come back and ask for more. I feel the same way about a performing arts center, it’s a boondoggle. If we are planning for the next generation, how do we know this is what they want? I’ll answer the question, we think we know, but we don’t know and the biggest problem is we have not realized we don’t know.

I’ll stop now as I believed I have upset enough people already.

One final mystery, evidently the by laws are being rewritten by a Board member and a person who is unknown. The Board member wants me to review some documents, still unnamed, but have not received. I have asked when do I receive these and the member says I am so busy that it sinks in the stack of paper. Time to call the member out on this transparency thing or lack thereof.

I have no MBA envy nor business degree envy. Those are figments of your imagination. I am happy with my life and my curiosity of a wide range of subjects. As Dad told me when you think you are through learning, you are through. Very wise man.

The five year plan will be presented soon. Keep tuned to your RCSC station. Hubby should be able to explain everything coming out to you so you can post something or other.

I actually have some questions I would like his opinion regarding the Annual audit report. I think there is a lot of room for improvement as certain financial categories are not adequately explained. Items I have complained about for over ten years but have been blown off. Since I was just a lowly surety bond underwriter and with his Kellogg MBA I imagine he has a deeper expertise in accounting than I do, maybe he can give me some insight I am missing. I believe the notes should be more explanatory on certain items and there should be an explanatory note or schedule to substantial figures from the balance sheet. Finally, I always thought from my experience that non for profits do not have net worth. Rather in the equity section there should be figures for restricted and unrestricted assets. I have never been provided a satisfactory explanation. Am I wrong? Please advise. Thanks.
