Disappointed and frustrated; time for a change

You have no clue how to read this blog do you. I was not responding to you. Please take some time to understand replies and who the reply is to prior to spouting off. You keep saying how smart you are and yet a blog is just too tough!

 

Why mention my name? Why does this always work out in your favor, Princess? I never said how smart I am. Bill was peddling that until I told to stop. He did. I admit that I have a particular skill set that very few others have. I have not figured yours out yet.

 

People are posting that they are against it when they have no idea about what may or may not be planned. Is it for RCSC vehicles? Is it for anyone? Will it cost us money or will we just provide the space and power to a company and get a check every month. I am not taking a stand when I don't know what is happening yet. Only a fool would do that.

 

Then step up!! Be the voice of reason! I just posted a statement from here, nothing definitive. Be a part of the "little people", the ones not on this platform. A lot of people were engaged, join with your opinion. You do not have to take a stand, just give another point of view. You all really don't want member involvement do you. You like things just the way they are. 135 comments and you won't engage in conversation. I totally understand it all now. This is amazing. Never a debate here, you all just follow the leader and agree. Now you have an opportunity to get people totally engaged and you won't. Sad.

 

When I was chair of the LRP the idea was being pushed as a green thing to do and as a convenience for residents. That information is dated and may change.

 

If charging stations are installed in SC the residents will undoubtedly want to be able to charge their EV
at RCSC's and members expense . Give people an inch and they want a mile - especially if it is FREE.
Those who have an EV can go to Safeway and charge their EV or better yet, install their own exclusive
charging station in their garage with all the money they are saving by not buying gas.

 

HH, go back further in topics to maybe 2020 or 2021 and see my debates with Bill on whether gold was profitable or not as it depends on your knowledge of accounting and definitions. We also had a discussion on why I thought 990s were shit and you should really be looking at the annual financial statement because of the notes, such as they were. He was very stubborn on this but later realized I might be correct as others agreed with me.

Then there was Sun City Advocates who I described as an amorphous mob with no stated goals and at the time no one who had skills to understand financials or were silent if they did. I tried to say I can help you but after the 4th blowoff I mentally said to myself “Fuck you clowns, you are not worth my time.” Their goal was to put people on the Board that were so unqualified it challenged logic. I posted on their page but you would have to go back to their inception and the following couple of years. There should be some debate over depreciation in relation to the financials.

I have a chance to do good tomorrow at B&F meeting regarding financial statements that make it easier for the members to understand even if you do not have experience this area. I expect big pushback but so what else is new?

So there you go, my altruistic side you thought I never had.

 

Are you sure the charging stations would be free? They might have to pay with their credit cards or RCSC #.

 

Quick question, you do this quite often. You seem to want to reply, don't, then hit post reply. Is this supposed to mean something? Or did you enjoy reading Bill's statement to me? Probably me, super tired from packing and big day at attorney tomorrow.
