the Clay Club......!!!! Full of friendly people and very interesting projects. I may be checking out the computer club soon......That is the one thing we do have here is so many clubs to choose from.

 

Emily you really do not need to be talented in crafts...there are so many great teachers and most of us have started at square one lol. I look back at some of my "projects" and am amazed at what I have learned in a year. I made a quail wind chime and was afraid when I took the class it would end up in the trash can, but the projects they teach are so well done you will come home with a nice something for your yard or home. I am not a craft wizard by any stretch...

 

I've lived in Sun City for eight years and have only joined one club--the library club--and I never heard a thing from them about meetings or special projects. I will probably join a club or two this fall after returning to SC. I'm thinking about the wood shop at Bell and maybe the line dancing club.

Camera Club is nice ...And for a variation: the many different types of Craft Clubs.
Indoor Shuffle Board might be a consideration.
