This coming Wednesday the RCSC is holding it's annual new resident orientation. First off, you do not have to be a new resident. Many of the clubs and organizations will be there to help acquaint you with what is available, so it's wonderful opportunity to get a crash course in how Sun City works. Perhaps more importantly, the entire program has been rebuilt. For years we have had a format with several organizations taking part in the presentation. The challenge often was an information overload. This year it will be streamlined with a limited number of presenters and will be more singular focused. The program is entitled "Discover Sun City AZ" and will be run twice on Weds January 21. The first is from 9 to 11am with the second starting at 7pm and ending at 9pm. During that time you will have ample opportunities to chat with all the clubs and organizations in attendance. Don't miss it if you know what's good for you.
I went to the first session today at 9 am and it was brilliant. For anyone looking for a crash course on how Sun City works, this is a must attend. Love to hear thoughts from others in attendance.
