Do most of the houses in Sun City have wooden frames under the stone like appearance? I would think stone would be best if termites can be problematic. Just curious....
It varies. Cinder blocks are also one of the prime materials and many homes are combos. I heard some of it had to do with strikes or difficulty getting some supplies while houses were first going up.
