I haven’t written any books as during my career my employer who was as interested in personal development as any quality corporation was not going to give me time off in the amount of 5-10 years to adequately research and write a book. I can see their point of view on that. This is how long it takes to produce a book. Look at the preface to Delores Kearns Goodwin book A Team of Rivals how long it took her or Erik Larson on his book on Fort Sumter, TheDemon of Unrest, his was five years.

Trump Tower in Chicago opened in 2008, since that time Trump has built and purchased many more buildings and Golf Clubs in various countries, such as Turkey, Scotland, the Philippines and Dubai , UAE.

The one that comes to mind more recently than 2008 was the purchase and renovation of the Post Office in Washington D.C. into the Trump International Hotel back in 2016, which he was greatly criticized about when he was President and foreign dignitaries would come to Washington and stay at the hotel, although every dollar spent by those dignitaries were carefully recorded and was not claimed by the Trump Organization.
