When I moved into my house, it was called to my attention that the bathroom window could be easily be moved/removed. I went to Ace hardware and purchased windows stops for ALL of my windows. Very easy to install. In the laundry room I keep the window open a few inches. The stops prevent someone from sliding the window. There are stops at the top of my sliding glass doors. I also have a security door at my front door and at my garage door. Can't be too careful.
