What of former Acuity Hospital?

We've talked about hopefully having RCSC reclaiming the Lakes Club if it ever goes up for sale again, but what of the former Acuity Hospital on the SW corner of North 111th Ave. and W. Thunderbird Blvd.? Seems the owners, AR Global's attempt to rent it as a behavioral rehabilitation center (Sun City Independent, cover story on Aug. 26, 2020) doesn't sit well with the neighborhood residents. It is described on a real estate site this way:
"Avison Young Arizona is pleased to present the offering of the Acuity Specialty Hospital of Arizona at Sun City (“Acuity of Sun City”), a 120-bed (currently vacant) residential inpatient facility located in Sun City, Arizona. Built in 1985 and renovated in 2012, the facility consists of 66 units with capacity for 120 beds. Designed with six “pods” and two central nursing stations, each pod contains 11 rooms. The facility was previously licensed for both LTAC and SNF beds, with the southern wing providing skilled nursing care and the northern wing providing long term acute care, though currently the building stands vacant. Ownership has invested approximately $350,000 in renovations and improvements since 2012. The facility is ideal for use as an acute care hospital, skilled nursing, behavioral health, assisted living, drug/alcohol rehab."
Wouldn't all those little rooms be workable for RCSC offices like those now at Lakeview, freeing up space at Lakeview for clubs and/or a "community living room" like the ol' Student Unions we had at college? The land around the Fmr. Acuity property is nicely walkable and would be a pleasant community park that could even be open for dog walking (doggies in diapers maybe) or a outdoor fitness trail could be established with stations for exercising like the one behind Benevilla....Thoughts?
