Epcor provides water for Sun City. Somewhere in their webpage you can information about what is in your water. My water bill is paid through my monthly condo association fee. A couple of condos on my street had a problem with their line going to the street. Not sure if it was water or sewer. It took over a month to correct one condo’s problem. Since both lines are getting old, I took out insurance on mine with American Water Resources. For sewage damage inside the house I added insurance to my homeowners policy.
