John, there was an unofficial meeting of F&B yesterday. Discussed budget for next year and a fall rollout. Also discussed CIS and PIF plan for next year as well as five year plan. Nothing substantive but assumptions both conservative and potential inflation and interest rate levels. That’s about it.
Was there a July 16th meeting of F&B or LRP? You know what I find interesting is the fact that if you actually read BP-27, there is nothing in that policy that even requires that a notice of any committee meeting needs to be posted to the general membership! "A standing committee is a small group of Members, subordinate to the Board, which is organized to assist the Board in specific areas as follows and does not meet in the months of July and August. Other months without meetings can be determined by each committee individually." But the question that could be asked that needs an answer is, what does that mean? Does it mean that they are not required to meet in July and August or that they are prohibited from meeting in July and August? I hope that is something they address when amending the bylaws.
