   Does anyone know who owns the vacant land on 103rd between Grand and Thunderbird? More importantly have there been attempts to redevelop it?

   That land is owned by Sun Health which has vast holdings around Boswell Hospital. If it is developed, I'm sure it will be some type of medical related complex.
