Thursday 9/30 Board Meeting - Picture Rec Cards Required

    The board is requiring you to show your RCSC Member Card to attend. No Tags. Non-Members NOT allowed.

    I'm sure there will be police at the door.

    The board must really be afraid to go this far.

    What we are seeing here of late is a not so quiet desperation to squash or squelch any concerns raised by the owners. Of course if you believe we are just card-holders whose main job is to pay their fees, then we might as well sit home and watch TV.
