What does the Posse recommend re: stray pets? If we lose one, should we contact the Posse and then you'll put out an alert to Animal Control or Maricopa or? If we find one, same question....
The Posse often acts as a clearing house for information concerning lost pets. People who lose pets call us and we record the information. People who find lost pets also call us, and we can frequently put the finder in contact with the owner.
So it seems you would be the best first step. When I called the Posse about a dog I found, I was also given some names of people willing to help babysit the dog and reunite it since I couldn't house it bec. of my two dogs. Is there still a call list like that?
