The Sun City, Arizona, Senior Center offers activities and programs for seniors. Breakfast is served each Wednesday for a $2 suggested contribution. Lunch is served M-F for a $3.50 suggested contribution. The Center also has a program for home delivery of meals and I think the price is less than Meals on Wheels. I have had several lunches there and the food has always been delicious. This summer I might volunteer there.
