Interesting information and i always smile when i read average days on the market. There's a home in our neighborhood that's been for sale for well over a year. Let me think about that. Hmmm, maybe a touch over-priced. Of course it's a flipper who sees a street paved with gold. Nope, sorry bro, just black asphalt like everywhere else. Here's the lesson learned over 20 years of living here: Price it where it belongs and it will sell. Over value it and watch it drain you. Duh.
