I have been out asking people and posting on social media platforms regarding their opinion on being able to vote in "big ticket items". Voting is very important to all people in the free world. Most in Sun City don't care about voting on maintenance issues. We want out Rec Centers maintained properly. We do care about spending money on multi-million dollar buildings. I have seen remarks that we, the owners should not be able to vote (have a say) in our community. Why? We pay our annual assessment. If we can't vote regarding our community, why live here? Could that be why home sales are so low (82 in January) and for sales are 600 currently?
