Sun City AZ has 2 libraries. When I moved to Sun City, I volunteered at the SC library in the Computer Room. Due to financial difficulties, the 2 libraries were taken over by the Maricopa Library district & my services were no longer needed. What I particularly like about SC libraries is that I can order books online. Then I am notified by email when they are available & I have 7 days to pick them up. Usually I order about 10 books every 2 week. Why so many you ask? Sometimes I have already read the book or may I just don't like it. The libraries have special programs including visiting authors. The Bell Library has what is called "Books Around the Corner". They have books that have been discarded from library and/or donated. The prices are extremely low!
