Just a reminder about an important meeting tomorrow. Whether or not you pay the annual $20 household membership to SCHOA they are there to serve and protect your home values by enforcement of the CC&Rs. SCHOA Annual Meeting(Open to ALL Sun City residents!) On Wednesday, January 13, at 10:00 a.m., the Board of Directors will host SCHOA’s 2016 Annual Meeting. This year, the guest speaker will be Mr. Mark Brnovich, Arizona Attorney General, who will be addressing Consumer Scams and the Elderly. You won’t want to miss this informative meeting to learn “What Arizona is doing to Protect YOU!” Also joining Mr. Brnovich, will be Mr. Eugene Rhodes, Community Outreach Coordinator with the Attorney General’s office. The meeting will also be an opportunity to meet SCHOA’s 2016 Board of Directors as well as 2015 Business Partners who are were honored for their exemplary services to Sun City residents during the year. The meeting will be held at the Fairway Center, 10600 W. Peoria Avenue, in Sun City.
