Below is information sent to me regarding my question about fliers. " RCSC only has control over our properties which are the recreation centers/amenities and golf courses. Residential issues are overseen by the Sun City Home Owners Association (SCHOA). Vendors can leave things on doors as there is nothing that prohibits that practice, which would be governed by Maricopa County. The Sun City Home Owners Association (SCHOA) which governs the deed restrictions for Sun City residential properties do inform businesses who are registered with SCHOA as vendors that residents in Sun City do not care for the fliers and things left in the driveway, but if vendors choose to leave them, SCHOA does not have any control over that practice. You can check with Maricopa County to confirm if there are any regulations as to what can be left at homes, etc., but that’s all the information I have available to provide."
