When I asked about it at the November 8th meeting, I was told that it had been presented at the Oct. 11 Planning Session meeting which is available on YouTube. Well, I reviewed both the Planning Session from that date, and the November 8th meeting to be sure that I had not missed it. However, I discovered that the Planning Session was not about the Budget Study from CCBG. It session had two items, Review of security options including FLOCK Security and Fire Security Electronics & Communications (FSEC) and Status associated with the ADWR 5th Water Management Plan. I heard nothing about the plans for Option2 construction at Mountain View. Would it be possible for you to look into this matter for me? I am interested in seeing the estimates for "Option 2." And my final exchange with Bill Cook. At least he mentioned that the presentation will be prior to agenda comments. Hmmm....unapproved numbers in the general population....giggle, snort! "Bill, *I looked at the agenda for the 11.18 BOD meeting and I do not find the information that I am looking for. I did see that the RCSC management team is looking at the study. When do the Members get to look at it? *Also, are you doing a PowerPoint presentation on the PIF at the meeting when you bring to the Board? Will handouts be available for Members who are present? Will the report be online somewhere? *Thank you." His reply: "Ms. Totten, All details will be presented at the Board meeting including assumptions on all numbers. We could not send out the details as nothing has been approved and we did not want any unapproved numbers in the general population. I will be presenting all the details prior to agenda comments in order to hopefully anticipate questions. Bill" Since they are on the third reading of the motion and I've shown my displeasure on the other two readings, I will stand up once more to let them know I am not in favor of this project and that I feel something should be put on hold until they have a handle on their other expenses. It would be great if any others would like to stand up and just say I don't approve. I realize it's a losing battle at this point, but I always hope that the folks watching on YouTube are taking it all in and will remember it.
