    If new projects continue to be added, the only way this can is one of two ways. Either the new project will be built on an existing site and the original structure will have to be replaced to accommodate county zoning regulations like additional parking requirements, etc. The other option will require obtaining more land. More expensive but the only logical option. There is only so much improvement that can be shoe-horned onto existing locations. The Grand Center is a perfect example.

    I've written often about how solid our documents were prior to 2006 when the changes started happening. We had real committees and board members willing to listen to their recommendations (which is all that can give). The change from a bottom up organization to one that was run from the top down resulted in a concentration of both power and control in the hands of a very few.

    It is exactly how we got to where we are today...digging out will be slow and tedious.
