Dogs make me happy. people make my head hurt. Apologies for the misunderstanding. My pups a both very old and I know I will lose them soon. They always surprise me. One evening I am convinced we have to go to the vet, then they get the zoomies. That was last evening. Dave was mentioned because he always made fun of them at my expense. Yes, I have the posts. Putting a dog down is never a pleasant experience but the time is coming. As far as my hubby (and yes he has an MBA from Northwestern Kellog in Chicago. Dave can't deal with that so he constantly brings it up as my fake husband. Well my fake husband is no longer. I was gone for a month and when I got home I never posted anything hurtful until Dave reappeared. Got a few digs from Carole and Bill as well. You all are supposed to be the representatives of SC. Re-read your posts. I would bet that 99% of people who LOVE SC have had NOTHING to do with the BOD and you all. My money is on they just swim, golf, play pickle ball and enjoy life. I doubt they volunteer. If they do why is the turnover rate so high. BOD members don't even stay for the whole term. Heck if I had to serve on a committee with Dave I wouldn't last 5 minutes. Speaking of pickle ball there is a new study about living near a court and how it can negatively affect your hearing. Don't need backlash, just a news article.

I am truly sorry beyond belief for misunderstanding your message. I thought the message was indicative of a dire fate. Had to understood the message completely, I would have been much better able to respond. I truly hope you can forgive my misunderstanding. You can be assured I will not offer any more sympathy or support as I obviously don’t know the situation and am not in a position to do anything to help.
I came to the same conclusion as Carole, Josie. I felt so sad for you because I know how meticulous you are with your animals from your posts here. And I am an animal lover too. I was also going to post a condolence.
