"76 or 77?" Sounds more like a meat locker E. You may want to invest in the Nest which will adjust your temps accordingly when you enter and leave the building. Me thinks you are paying too much to keep it cooled while you are out. But then we keep ours at 84 degrees all the time and when people come over they wilt...the good news is, they never stay long.
