What is happening to Sun City??? Letter in Independent says dogs have been terrorizing neighborhood. Both owners of record are deceased. Most recent attack on a woman walking her two dogs. One of the two dogs had to have both eyes removed due to the attack. Neighbors say underage people squatting in the home and they have reported to SCHOA for the past 17 months with no resolution. The owner died in May 2023. Animal Control has not picked up dogs as they are supposed to. So SCHOA obviously doesn't care about underage squatters? Who is responsible for taking care of these things? Is this The Twilight Zone? Squatters and attacking dogs are fine, but liens are being put on poor people's homes because they can't afford their assessment? Yet BOD spending $14 mil on a PAC with zero justification for it?
