Could this be a scam? My recent Cox bill showed 2 long distance calls that I did not make. Even tho the total was only 36 cents I wanted it removed. When I tried to call I was informed there would be a charge to speak to a representative. I hung up. This happened last year and I went to the Cox chat room. The person I talked to was able to removed the charge. Not so this year. Cox has millions of customers. You do the math. My calculator does not have enough zeros! If many people were charged 36 cents and did not question it, that would be a tidy bit of extra income for Cox! Today I will try to talk to chat again. I plan to report this to the FCC and the local newspaper.
