Last Wednesday my condo association had lunch at Chang Lee located at 99th & Thunderbird behind Wells Fargo & CVS. It was to celebrate Chinese New Year which is January 31, 2014. I had made reservations in advance for 24 people. I'm Social Chairman. Everyone showed up. Quite a few more could have been accommodated. The service was excellent. When we arrived, there were teapots already on the table. Everyone ordered from the menu and paid individually. The first serving was a large bowl of soup. There were several lunch items available. Each one included a generous portion of fried rice, an egg roll, and another type of roll. The price of lunch ranged from $5.95 to $6.95. Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it for medium size groups.
