YouTube Account
You must be signed in and meet the following requirements:

• The account holder must be at least 13 years old

• The account holder's email address must be verified

• To have your question recognized, please enter in your Member number in the chat box and then type in your question.

• YouTube live chat has a limit of 200 characters per message

Google Account

• You must have and be signed into your Google account

Once you've joined the stream and signed in, the live chat will appear on the side of the video player. Live chat may also be unavailable if you are watching the stream on a phone. Be sure to join in from anywhere on your computer or mobile device!

How much will the annual assessment be in 2026?

According to the 2025 Budget Town Hall projection, $676, a 4% increase of $26.

We’ll see if that holds true Monday, October 13th, at the 2026 Budget Town Hall presentation, after the Exchange.

If the RCSC 2026 annual assessment does go up to the projected $26:
$26 increase = $2.17 a month, $ .05 a week
