Call me confused. With regard to the May 25th Board Meeting, what happened? A couple of years ago the members asked for a quorum of 500 at the annual meeting. We finally get a motion to have the quorum reduced to 500. It looks like we’re making progress and then one board member starts talking about proxies, and then the whole thing gets tabled. So we’re right back to where we began. I thought she was an advocate for the members what gives?
