Don't forget to have your fruit trees gleaned and trimmed.

Two of my neighbors recently had their done and each tree
    had a rat's nest.

Snowbirds are especially lacking in have this done.
What a surprise to come back to Sun City and have
a family of rats in their attic.

Palm trees are also a favorite place for rats and those huge bugs. They should all be trimmed back this time of year to avoid problems. All the fruit and seeds that drop attract critters and pigeons.

We had all our fruit trees(7) gleaned by a landscape crew and the price was very reasonable. There was no way we could have used, picked or given away all that citrus.
