The bills are still in our names but I am wondering what we need to show to the rcsc to prove my parents are living in our house in order to get their rcsc cards. Thank you. Also for tax purposes does it change their status??
Best thing you can do is for all 4 of you to go to Member Services in person. Bring IDs and you may just have to fill out some sort of affidavit showing your parents will be residing in your home. The office will probably close early today because of the holiday. Can't give any advice about tax status as each state has different tax laws.
