Finally - -after many years of a long life, I had to get rid of my antique Ware-ever Popcorn Hot- Air Popper.
Not certain if that brand is still made however, I recently purchased a Presto Hot Air Popper.
It works great -- no oil, no fat, no salt....just plain old popped corn.
A healthy snack with fiber and minimal calories.

I also have a Microwave Popcorn Bowl to pop popcorn in - -using no oil, however,
microwaved foods lose their nutrient values.

If you feel you need to munch - - try this - - Popcorn Hot Air Poppers are not costly -- mine was under $20.00
